Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking an OpenShift Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA) to help customers in Singapore adopt modern platform technologies for AI workloads.

You will drive architecture walkthroughs, workshops, and technical demos to demonstrate OpenShift as the preferred platform for AI-enabled applications. You will partner with sales, success, and engineering teams to remove barriers and craft scalable AI-ready infrastructure, guiding customers from strategy to production using OpenShift AI

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with OpenShift and application services for AI workloads.
• Ability to translate business problems into architectural solutions.
• Experience in sales engineering or IT architecture within enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deep-dive architecture presentations and custom demos.
• Lead workshops and POCs, respond to RFPs with proposals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align roadmaps.
• Advise on AI-ready infrastructure and OpenShift AI integrations.
