Job summary

RedHat is seeking an OpenShift Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA) focused on AI workloads. This role helps clients adopt modern platform technologies, drive innovation, and establish OpenShift as the preferred platform for AI deployments.

You will present to executives and engineers, lead architecture reviews, and run technical workshops to deploy best practices. The candidate will contribute deep product knowledge, drive strategic discussions with large accounts, and provide presales support

Qualifications

Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture for enterprise accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services products.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Responsibilities

Supports the account team as the SME for OpenShift and AppServices with a focus on AI workloads.
Deliver deep dive presentations, custom demos, workshops and POCs; respond to RFP questions.
Provide presales technical support and align with product roadmaps and best practices.
Engage with partner ecosystems to strengthen customer value proposition.
Act as trusted adviser to help customers transition AI initiatives to production on OpenShift.
