Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an OpenShift Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA) focused on AI to help clients adopt modern platform technologies and unlock AI-driven innovation. You will remove barriers within key accounts to establish OpenShift as the preferred platform for AI workloads.

You will confidently present our value proposition to executives and engineers, lead architecture walkthroughs, drive workshops, and collaborate with sales, product, and consulting teams to ensure an excellent customer

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales engineering or enterprise IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support the account team as SME for OpenShift and AI workloads.
• Scope and deliver deep dive presentations, demos, workshops, and POCs.
• Provide presales technical support and product guidance.
• Contribute to technical strategy with large opportunities.
• Serve as technical liaison to Product BUs.
• Help create reusable technical sales assets.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
• Support AI/ML deployment readiness and integration.
• Engage with product teams to influence roadmaps and best practices.
