Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD is seeking an OpenShift Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA) focused on AI to help customers adopt modern platforms and drive AI workloads on OpenShift. You will lead architecture walkthroughs, run technical workshops, deliver deep-dive demos, and collaborate with sales, product and engineering to test and demonstrate AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent for enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into Red Hat solutions addressing challenges and opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services products, or familiarity with Red Hat offerings.
• Experience with IaaS or PaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and AI infrastructure needs.
• Ability to engage with technical stakeholders on AI strategy and platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the account team in gaining the Technical Win as the SME for OpenShift and AI workloads.
• Scope and deliver deep dive presentations, demos, workshops and POCs, and provide product support for proposals.
• Provide deep product and solution expertise and pre-sales assistance.
• Assist in technical strategy approaches for large/strategic opportunities.
• Serve as technical liaison to Product BUs and partner ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain reusable technical sales assets.
• Become a trusted adviser within Red Hat's customer base and build lasting relationships.
• Provide presales technical support for AI/ML deployment of solutions.
• Engage with product teams to influence roadmaps and best practices.
