Job summary

Sancro Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced onsite support professional to manage server and storage infrastructure within Singapore. You will be the main technical contact for simple queries and a trusted escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will track part replacements, lead onsite diagnostics, and perform quarterly infrastructure health updates, while ensuring timely resolutions and quality service to customers in a data center environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with enterprise servers and storage in data center/large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers, iDRAC management, and firmware management tools.
Experience coordinating with Principal Technical Support, third‑party vendors, and on‑site partners for escalations.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for simple technical queries from the Customer.
Serve as the technical POC during escalations with third‑party vendors and Principal Support.
Track and report on part replacements vs. dispatch trends; monitor infra changes affecting operations.
Coordinate part replacement activities with Product Support, partners, and onsite scheduling teams.
Perform onsite diagnostics, collect diagnostic logs, and conduct quarterly infrastructure health checks.
