Job summary

SLB is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst in Singapore to act as a desktop support expert for hardware, software, and peripherals. You will handle second-line resolutions and escalation, while keeping customers informed and ensuring SLAs are met.

The role includes supporting executive users, coordinating with IT teams, and maintaining accurate incident records. A strong Windows/M365 background and ITSM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support, desktop engineering, or onsite technical support experience.
• Proven troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking and OS issues.
• Experience supporting executive and VIP users in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and device management.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
• Resolve and close incidents within SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
• Log and maintain incident records per help desk procedures.
• Communicate incident status and resolution to customers.
• Support executive and VIP users with professionalism and responsiveness.
