Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Engineer — System Administrator (Content Server) in Singapore. The role entails onsite management of Content Server, monitoring system health, handling incidents, applying patches, and supporting users.

The candidate will coordinate with IT teams and external vendors, perform audits, capacity planning, and maintain detailed documentation for changes and recovery procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system administration.
• Onsite Content Server administration experience preferred.
• Experience monitoring system health, logs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for Content Server inquiries.
• Maximize system uptime by monitoring performance and preventing outages.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for escalations and upgrades.
• Provide logs and information to backup and recovery teams during restores.
• Participate in problem management to identify recurring issues.
• Support users during UAT and system upgrades.
