Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead end-to-end projects from planning to handover, ensuring delivery on time and in line with security and operational standards.

Responsibilities cover uptime, backup and recovery, virtualization platforms, NAS storage, disaster recovery, and on-call incident response, with collaboration across engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience across design, implementation, automation, project management and IT systems.
• Vendor certifications such as Microsoft, Oracle, RedHat, Nutanix, VMware, Dell, Veritas, etc.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, NAS and backups is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, engineers and operations teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, procedures and handover materials.
• Conduct system testing, validation and acceptance prior to go-live.
• Maintain day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Design, implement and optimize virtualization, storage, NAS and backup solutions.
