Job summary

AMD Singapore’s Data Center Graphics test team seeks a Product Development Engineer to lead ATE test solutions for NPI, balancing test time, yield, cost and quality. You will drive pre- and post-silicon activities, collaborate with design, test engineering, QA and platform teams, and guide junior engineers to robust test flows for next‑gen processors.

You’ll bring strong DFT knowledge, ATE experience and programming skills, and you’ll contribute to global engineering programs while delivering on

Qualifications

• Knowledge of power and performance characterization on ATE.
• Experience with Advantest V93K is preferred.
• Experience with ATE test handling/execution and development.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution/coverage development to meet milestones, cost and quality.
• Develop test patterns, flows, debug, test and characterization.
• Pre-Silicon engagement with design, scoping and validation.
• Post-Silicon bring up of test patterns and mass production optimization.
• Characterization execution/analysis and debug of new silicon designs.
• Optimize test coverage for quality, yield, cost and time.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and mentor juniors.
