Job summary

Logicalis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior ICT Security Engineer to provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise networks and security across multiple customers. You will lead critical incidents, coordinate with vendors, perform software upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation across Cisco and multi-vendor platforms.

A 24/7 rotation and mentoring responsibilities are included. The role requires extensive experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, and F5, plus ITIL

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in network, wireless and security technologies.
• CCNP/ACCP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, F5.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and incident/change/problem management.
• Strong incident reports and RCA writing abilities.
• Experience guiding junior engineers and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in driving critical incidents with teams and vendors.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to maintain secure environments.
• Handle 24/7 operations and on-call standby rotations.
• Maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and assist customers during outages.
• Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for patching and troubleshooting.
