SINGAPORE NATIONAL EYE CENTRE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead performance management, staff supervision, and process improvement across multiple sites in Singapore. You will set annual targets, monitor metrics, and drive LEAN initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring adequate resources, and managing budgets while maintaining high standards of clinical operations and staff development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; health information management/biomedical related field advantageous
• Proficient in administration, people management, process management, project management

Mansioni

• Set key performance targets for the financial year aligned with departmental goals and mobilise the team to achieve these targets.
• Monitor performance data to assess team performance, identify trends, and design initiatives to reduce errors and inefficiencies.
• Ensure adequate and efficient deployment of manpower across all sites and conduct regular site walkthroughs to resolve disruptions.
• Oversee annual budget planning to ensure adequate resources for the following financial year.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to assess team performance and identify trends.
