Job summary

The Senior Associate at Singapore National Eye Centre PTE LTD supports operational, administrative and financial functions to ensure timely delivery of departmental projects. You will handle meetings, minutes, document filing, and maintain dataset integrity.

You will perform image quality reviews, basic annotation, data extraction, and consolidate project information to ensure accuracy and audit readiness. Travel to Outram Park for training/work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma level holder.
• Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably in Business Studies or Business Management.
• Good organisational and documentation capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Secretariat and administrative support, including meetings and minutes.
• Operational support: image quality reviews, basic annotation, and data extraction.
• Financial, procurement and contractual support: invoicing, expense tracking, budget prep, and contract filing.
• Stakeholder management: liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support projects.
• Other duties as assigned by the team or supervisors.
