Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years of relevant managerial and supervisory experience, preferably within healthcare or large-scale service operations.
• Experience managing teams across multiple functions or operational areas.
• Strong healthcare operations or patient service experience will be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, management, external stakeholders and community partners.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent planning, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in service transformation, digital adoption, process improvement or workforce transformation is advantageous.
• Experience supporting the launch, expansion or operationalisation of new healthcare facilities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare clinics, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to operations and patient service teams.
• Oversee patient service processes, operational performance, staff deployment and patient feedback management.
• Drive initiatives to improve clinic workflows, operational efficiency and overall patient experience.
• Lead service transformation and digital adoption initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and patient engagement.
• Work with internal teams, external stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement operational initiatives.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to strengthen staff capabilities, competencies, engagement and retention.
• Review and enhance operational policies, work instructions and processes to support consistent service standards and governance requirements.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement across service delivery and patient engagement initiatives.
• Support workforce transformation initiatives, including staff development, upskilling and adoption of new ways of working.
• Participate in the planning and operationalisation of new and redeveloped healthcare facilities, including manpower planning, equipment and system implementation, workflow development, testing and go-live activities.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving operational transformation, process improvement and healthcare service innovation.
