Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support internal stakeholders and manage case notes within a medical records workflow. You will handle inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely processing of requests.

Responsibilities include organizing case notes, scanning and indexing medical records, and performing quality checks to uphold data integrity in our electronic medical records system.

• Managing Stakeholders' Expectation During Service Delay / Disruption

• Retrieving, tracking and filing of case notes accurately
• Ensuring documents and documentation completeness
• Archiving and plan for disposal of case notes timely
• Categorize medical documents
• Scan hard copy medical documents into system
• Index scanned medical records by category
• Quality checks of scanned documents before uploading to electronic medical records
• Adhere to infection control standards i.e. complete mask fitting, perform hand hygiene, wipe down of service area
• Identify and report potential workplace hazards
