Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Clinical Services Strategy and Workplan Manager to coordinate cross‑functional plans and transformation initiatives across Clinical Services. You will consolidate KPIs, monitor progress, and align efforts with organisational goals.

In addition, you will lead project, resource, change management, and performance improvement efforts, oversee budget planning, and support crisis planning. Strong analytics, communication, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with healthcare operations experience
• 8–10 years of relevant healthcare operations or administration experience
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Clinical Services work plans, transformation initiatives, and strategic priorities.
• Consolidate departmental plans, KPIs, and performance indicators for reporting and review.
• Track progress, risks or delays, and recommend interventions where required.
• Align departmental initiatives with Clinical Services and organisational goals.
• Manage cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives across Clinical Services; monitor timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation; support change management.
• Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Oversee budget planning processes and forecast financial needs across Clinical Services.
• Support crisis planning and business continuity plans; coordinate drills and risk mitigation.
• Foster engagement with clinical leaders and external partners; drive governance and quality improvement.
