Job description

We are seeking a Senior Material Handler to oversee warehouse operations, manpower planning, and inventory control while ensuring smooth daily logistics execution.

💰 Salary & Benefits

  Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,900, OT Payable

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely shipment clearance and delivery.

• Supervise warehouse operations and day-to-day manpower scheduling.

• Delegate tasks, set targets, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.

• Manage inventory monitoring, cycle counts, and warehouse audits.

• Coordinate stock rotation and space allocation.

• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of warehouse tools and equipment.

• Conduct staff training on SOPs, safety practices, and new employee induction.

• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and waste disposal standards.

• Provide coaching, performance feedback Scholarship?, and recommend disciplinary actions when required.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
