Job summary

HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Beverages (HAPBev) seeks a Market Business Partner to align customer strategy with end-to-end supply plans across markets. You will drive demand planning, S&OP, and cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to shape market strategies, optimize supply, and enable efficient allocation while balancing cost-to-serve and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, or related function.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic supply chain partner for assigned markets, translating commercial priorities into end-to-end plans.
• Lead disciplined S&OP drumbeats, integrating demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial perspectives.
• Own KPIs like forecast accuracy, service level, inventory health, and cash conversion.
• Develop market and cluster strategies for portfolio performance and growth.
• Coordinate with NPI teams to deliver innovation launches on time and minimize disruption.
