Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company seeks a Senior Insights leader to drive a transformational Strategic Insight agenda across a defined region, aligning with commercial priorities. You will become the business expert on Category and Consumer/Shopper insight for the region and integrate deep consumer understanding into regional actions.

You will design and execute future-focused learning plans, manage the function, and collaborate with OpCos to ensure a step change in output, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: University level.
• Work experience: 10+ years in consumer insight, category & commercial insight, strategic planning.
