HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Beverages (HAPBev) seeks a Market Business Partner to bridge commercial and supply chain planning across Asia Pacific markets. You will champion demand planning, forecast integrity, and end-to-end supply coordination to deliver reliable product availability and optimized costs.

The role requires senior stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and a focus on improving service levels and profitability while supporting innovation launches and market growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, or a related function.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations.
• Experience in a regional, export, multi-market, or international supply environment is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic supply chain partner for assigned markets, translating commercial priorities and market insights into executable end-to-end plans.
• Lead a disciplined, data-driven S&OP drumbeat for assigned markets, integrating demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial perspectives.
• Partner with Finance to translate the demand plan into volume, mix, revenue, margin, inventory, capacity, and cost implications.
• Identify and implement initiatives that optimize inventory, reduce write-offs, improve cash conversion, and lower total cost-to-serve without compromising customer outcomes.
• Develop market and cluster strategies that strengthen portfolio performance, supply feasibility, and profitable growth.
• Coordinate timely communication and implementation of product, pack, specification, price, and portfolio changes.
