Heineken Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior Trade Marketing professional to develop insights on commercial performance and drive growth actions across markets, channels and customers.

You will own the annual brand activation plan, lead brand design, manage the merchandise catalogue, and shape a 3-year strategy to win in key repertoires and pricing corridors. Collaboration with regional and global stakeholders is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required and fluent English.
• 8+ years in Marketing/Trade Marketing/Category Development or Commercial roles.
• Strong expertise in brand building, trade marketing and commercial performance.
• Experience working with regional and global stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business insight skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive insights on commercial performance and opportunities for growth.
• Create performance trackers with clear insights and recommendations for actions (e.g., distribution, price, promo, BTL support).
• Lead the annual brand activation plan across markets, channels and customers; develop BTL assets and guidance.
• Design and maintain brand visuals, ensuring consistent identity at moment of truth.
• Own global merchandise catalogue; drive cost improvements and adoption.
• Establish and refresh the 3-year APP strategy for Tiger to grow in key repertoires and pricing corridors.
