Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits seeks a Senior Demand Planning & Analytics CoE Manager for APAC/India to advance demand planning maturity and S&OP across the region. You will partner with regional planning teams and the Global COE to implement global standards, forecasting analytics, and digital tools.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on capability development, governance, and coaching, measuring progress through KPIs and business value delivery across Asia-Pacific and India.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning
• Expertise in Demand Planning processes and S&OP best practices
• Proven track record leading transformation initiatives
• Hands-on SAP IBP Demand Planning preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
• Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Demand Planning leadership for APAC/India
• Drive adoption of global Demand Planning processes, standards, statistical forecasting capabilities, analytics, and digital tools
• Partner with IT, Analytics COE, and Regional COE Leads to implement process improvements and digital capabilities
• Incorporate regional business requirements into scalable global solutions and share best practices across regions
• Coach, mentor, and develop planning capability through training and governance
• Measure capability adoption and planning effectiveness to identify continuous improvement opportunities
