Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced S&OP Planner to lead demand and supply planning across assigned product groups. You will partner with regional teams to forecast, manage inventory and drive KPI improvements, leveraging SAP S4/IBP and advanced analytics.

The role requires a degree in Business or Logistics and a track record in regional S&OP processes, with strong communication and change-management skills to align finance, sales, marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading regional S&OP/IBP cadences is preferred.
• Ability to analyse datasets and forecast patterns for supply planning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rolling 18 months Demand Plans and replenishment forecasting.
• Manage inventory optimization and risk mitigation for TAP region.
• Develop and monitor KPI dashboards for end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional teams and manufacturing sites.
