Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific (TAP) is seeking an experienced S&OP Planner to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process across assigned product groups. You will collaborate with regional and local teams to validate demand, balance inventory, and drive supply alignment with manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include rolling 18-month demand plans, inventory optimisation, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver on financial and customer targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, logistics management or equivalent with extensive planning/order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage the S&OP process for TAP to optimize demand and supply performance.
• Partner with Country Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Finance; use data to forecast demands.
