Haleon plc. in Singapore seeks an APAC S&OP Lead to coordinate the IBP process and lead S&OP execution across Category, OU and key markets. You will own the APAC S&OP and drive alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs to deliver disciplined business plans.

You will frame risks and opportunities, establish governance, and ensure S&OP outputs support global cycles. This role requires a strong track record in cross-functional planning and senior stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, operations, finance or engineering).
• 10+ years in end-to-end supply chain, planning or related leadership roles.
• Strong experience in S&OP, IBP, demand and supply planning across markets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional planning forums and influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced analytics for scenario planning and decision support.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems and reporting platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead the APAC IBP process and drive S&OP execution across Category, OU and markets.
• Own the OU Operating Strategy interface with Planning Centre and Category teams.
• Lead long-term planning, what-if analysis and scenario planning for risks and opportunities.
• Balance sales, production and inventory at category level with an exception-based approach.
• Drive collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Planning Centre and QSC for aligned execution.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP cycles and ensure clear owners and dates for actions.
