Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional to drive new business for its SaaS platform in the maritime sector. You will engage ship owners, managers and service providers, building a robust pipeline and closing complex deals.

You will craft consultative strategies that demonstrate operational gains from the platform, nurture key stakeholders, and collaborate with product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in maritime or related sectors.
• Proven SaaS sales experience with subscription models and enterprise cycles.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate needs into tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for SaaS solutions across maritime sectors.
• Identify and engage prospective customers including ship owners and managers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Develop consultative strategies showing how SaaS improves efficiency and performance.
• Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers for long-term engagement.
• Present products, demos, and pricing in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product, tech, marketing and customer success teams.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to spot opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, proposals, pricing, and account plans to meet revenue goals.
• Represent the business at maritime events and meetings to generate opportunities.
