Job summary

TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Senior B2B Sales leader to drive revenue growth across maritime, technology, and enterprise segments. You will own the strategic sales plan, build relationships with shipowners and partners, and steer the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

You will lead a high-performance team, forecast accurately, and expand market presence through strategic partnerships and cross-border opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
10+ years B2B sales/ commercial leadership with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
Experience in maritime, shipping, technology, SaaS or fintech in complex B2B solutions; maritime preferred.
Strong enterprise sales, negotiation, account management, pipeline management and forecasting skills.
Excellent leadership, presentation and stakeholder management with the ability to engage C-suite executives across international markets.

Responsibilities

Identify new commercial opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve targets.
Identify opportunities across maritime, technology and enterprise segments.
Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, managers and partners.
Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Lead, mentor and develop the sales team to deliver high performance.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Establish partnerships and distribution channels to expand market reach.
Monitor market trends and align customer needs with business and product strategies.
