Job summary

NPI SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) (PTE.) LTD. seeks a Senior/Program Executive to lead complex manufacturing programs, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure delivery, quality, and cost objectives. You will own program planning, manage risks, and provide clear direction across production, materials, and capacity.

The role interfaces between operations and management, offering escalation and recovery actions, with accountability for program trackers, budgets, and KPI data for management review.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or operations, with at least 3 years in a program or project management role.
• Senior level with 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, program management, or production planning.
• PMP / PgMP / ScrumMaster Certification are considered an advantage & beneficial
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality systems like FA, PPAP, RMA, ECN
• Must be a Tam Player. Good understanding of manufacturing workflows and production planning.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, structured, and proactive, Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery.
• Translate customer demand into executable production plans.
• Track progress and output against planning.
• Monitor CTB status and material readiness.
• Drive adherence to milestones and delivery commitments.
• Handle inquiries, including cost estimates & quotations.
