Job summary

NPI Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior / Program Executive to lead complex manufacturing programs, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on time, quality, and cost targets. You will own planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across operations, planning, procurement, engineering, and logistics, with Mandarin and English fluency preferred.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, governance through program reviews, and mentoring junior staff to build team

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/operations; 3+ years in program/project management; senior level 5–8 years.
• Experience managing complex, high mix/low volume or high-volume manufacturing programs.
• PMP/PgMP/ScrumMaster certification is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery.
• Translate customer demand into executable production plans.
• Track progress with status and planning outputs.
• Monitor CTB status and material readiness.
• Drive program milestones and delivery commitments.
• Handle customer inquiries including cost estimates/quotations.
• Chair program reviews and escalation forums.
• Maintain program trackers, budgets, and change requests.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose mitigation plans.
• Mentor junior program executives.
