Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is seeking a senior leader to drive New Product Introduction (NPI), product industrialization, and program execution across complex precision engineering and mechatronics programs in Singapore. You will scale operations for multinational customers in semiconductor and high-tech equipment sectors.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in precision engineering, semiconductor, mechatronics or advanced manufacturing environments.
Proven leadership in NPI, program management or engineering management.
Experience managing complex product transfers and manufacturing scale-up projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPI programs from product transfer through high-volume manufacturing.
Drive project execution, milestone management, risk mitigation, and customer communication.
Build and lead high-performing NPI engineering and project management teams.
Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Support RFQ, costing, manufacturing readiness, and scale-up initiatives.
Strengthen NPI processes, governance, and continuous improvement.
