Job summary

NPI SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee manufacturing initiatives, ensure production goals, and drive cost-effective delivery.

You will coordinate engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and lead continuous improvement across multiple programs in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, including at least 3 years in program or project management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality systems such as FA, PPAP, RMA, and ECN.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program timelines and resource requirements to meet production and quality goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance to align project objectives
• Lead new product introductions (NPI), manufacturing readiness, and ramp-up activities to ensure smooth transitions
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and report status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Act as secondary escalation point for program-related communications internally and externally to resolve issues promptly
• Translate customer requirements into clear program deliverables through collaboration with engineering and operations teams
• Facilitate resolution of capacity, supply chain, and quality issues to maintain production flow
• Identify and mitigate risks in production schedules, supply chain, and logistics by developing effective strategies
• Manage program budgets, cost targets, and change requests while ensuring compliance with manufacturing quality standards and regulatory guidelines
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order processing, and customer complaint logs to drive continuous improvement
• Lead and manage the program team to achieve high productivity and meet performance targets

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, including at least 3 years in program or project management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality systems such as First Article (FA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and Engineering Change Notice (ECN)
