Job summary

National Youth Council in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead Business Process Re-Engineering within the Transformation Strategy Team (OBS). You will work with business users, stakeholders and partners to redesign processes and translate needs into practical solutions across systems and workflows.

You will drive requirements, assess solutions, and develop roadmaps, leveraging technology and data to boost productivity and organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BPR, process improvement or digital transformation.
• Experience translating business needs into process or system solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean and root-cause analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead BPR initiatives across OBS, from current-state review to future-state design.
• Gather requirements with business and technical teams and translate into clear specs.
• Analyse processes and data; evaluate options and develop recommendations.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and leverage automation, data and AI where helpful.
• Coordinate with technology teams, vendors and GovTech on implementation and testing.
• Drive change management and user training for adoption of new processes.
• Partner with NYC Transformation Office and Government partners on improvements.
• Ensure changes comply with government policies and requirements.
