Job summary

Introlligent Inc. is seeking a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Project Manager in Singapore to lead transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The role balances scope, schedule, budget and business priorities, driving sustainable process improvements.

You will manage roadmaps, governance, and workshops, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with partners and internal teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BPR, business transformation, or process-improvement project management.
• Strong leadership of project, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple BPR, process-improvement, and business-transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and governance frameworks for timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including collaboration with third-party partners.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate core team, leadership and steering committee meetings with clear updates.
• Identify key decisions, develop recommendations, and drive stakeholder alignment and resolution of issues.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Partner with technical teams to plan and facilitate workshops and technical deliverables.
• Drive change readiness, including training and knowledge-transfer plans to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Identify and mobilize resources and capabilities required to execute projects.
• Support capital planning, business cases, scope changes, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Apply BPR methodologies and project management best practices to deliver sustainable outcomes.
