Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking an ERP Change Manager to drive enterprise-wide ERP system and process changes. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead adoption across business units.

You will build training materials, maintain process documentation, and run workshops to ensure successful change; you will monitor risks and outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the changes to ERP system and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
