Job summary

CELINE is seeking a Senior Training Manager to shape the SEAO region's training roadmap in line with HQ priorities and drive high-standard service across stores. You will design and deliver brand, product, and selling skills programs, while localizing content for regional needs and new store openings.

You will lead onboarding, mentoring, and coaching, partnering with central teams and external suppliers to execute engaging learning initiatives that elevate client experience in luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 10 years’ training experience in retail or fashion industry, preferably luxury.
• Experience in facilitating both technical and soft skill training.
• Certified Trainers advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define yearly training roadmap for SEAO region aligned with HQ priorities.
• Design, develop and deliver in-person and virtual training programs on brand knowledge and selling ceremony.
• Localize training to support store teams, including onboarding and product knowledge.
• Conduct induction for new joiners with Store Managers to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Prepare and localise training materials for programs.
• Plan and manage annual training budget and monitor expenses.
• Collaborate with Central on global training initiatives and manage external suppliers.
