Job summary

Dior Singapore is seeking a Training Manager to design and execute a comprehensive training strategy for the market, leading the training and fashion styling team and elevating client experiences to Dior's high standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, program development, and collaboration with boutique leaders and regional partners to ensure consistent brand knowledge, selling techniques, and exceptional service across all staff. Fluency in English and luxury retail experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR, business, management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in training delivery and management training.
• Experience in luxury fashion brands or retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team and collaborate with the Country Manager to implement training programs.
• Build and monitor a training action plan tailored to market needs.
• Develop an annual training plan with long-term and mid-term visions.
• Align training strategies with regional teams and update programs and materials.
• Propose and manage the training budget according to guidelines.
• Deliver corporate retail training and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coach retail staff on performance, selling, service, and brand knowledge.
• Host seasonal collection trainings with merchandising.
• Organise and conduct company inductions for all staff.
• Deliver and monitor blended learning initiatives.
• Analyse training data (DIOR(K)NOW, DIOR(CX), TRAINING TRACKER) for impact.
• Ensure service excellence and Dior Experience across client interactions.
• Provide ongoing coaching to new joiners and monitor performance.
• Foster development of retail team soft skills and integration into the store environment.
• Support and manage the training and fashion styling team to high performance.
• Collaborate with teams to align actions with the House's direction.
• Stay informed of trends and competitor activities and share market insights.
