Job summary

Christian Dior Couture Singapore is seeking a Training Manager to develop and execute the training strategy for the market, lead the training and fashion styling team, and ensure an exceptional client experience that aligns with Dior's high standards.

You will collaborate with boutique leaders and the regional team to deliver coaching, seasonal collection trainings, inductions, and blended learning initiatives while monitoring impact through training data.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in HR management, business administration, management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in training delivery including management training or customer service training.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead training leadership and strategy by partnering with boutique leaders and the Country Manager to implement effective market training programs.
• Develop and monitor a market-specific training action plan and annual training plan with long-term and mid-term vision.
• Deliver corporate retail training and development activities, coach on performance, selling, service techniques and brand knowledge.
• Organise and deliver blended learning initiatives, inductions, and seasonal collection trainings with merchandising.
• Analyze training data (DIOR(K)NOW, DIOR(CX), TRAINING TRACKER) to assess impact and drive improvements.
