Job summary

A leading trading house is seeking an experienced LPG Trader to join their team in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage and develop LPG trading opportunities across domestic and international markets, execute the full trading cycle including market analysis and logistics, and leverage established relationships to drive volumes and profitability. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of global LPG markets. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years proven experience in LPG trading or related energy commodities.
• Strong understanding of global LPG markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of executing physical LPG trades.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and manage LPG trading opportunities across domestic and international markets, including sourcing, marketing and arbitrage strategies to optimize margins.
• Execute the full trading cycle covering market analysis, deal structuring, contract negotiation, logistics coordination and risk management.
• Leverage established relationships with producers, refiners, shipping companies, and end-users to expand the LPG trading portfolio and drive incremental volumes and profitability.
• Role reports to General Manager

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years proven experience in LPG trading or related energy commodities, with a strong understanding of global LPG markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply–demand dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of executing physical LPG trades, including contract negotiation, logistics, shipping, and counterparty coordination.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills advantageous.
• Role is to be located in Singapore
