Job summary

CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Senior/CSO to act as the main interface between customers and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and SLA compliance within a contract logistics environment.

You will coordinate closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate on-time order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and proactive handling of exceptions, while supporting continuous

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain management or Business Administration.
• Experience with SAP or WMS systems is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Order Management: receive, validate and process orders in the WMS/ERP system; ensure compliance with SOPs and SLA requirements.
• Warehouse & Operations Coordination: coordinate with inbound/outbound/inventory teams and transport on delivery scheduling and exceptions.
• Inventory & Documentation Control: support stock enquiries and verify DOs, packing lists, invoices and PODs; assist in reconciliations.
• SLA & Performance Monitoring: track fulfillment against SLAs and KPIs; prepare periodic reports.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: identify and implement process improvements across warehouse operations.
