Job summary

CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Senior/CSO to bridge customers and warehouse operations.

You will ensure accurate order processing in the WMS/ERP, monitor SLA compliance, and coordinate with warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders in a contract logistics setting. You will manage daily customer reports, support inventory control, and assist in continuous improvement while upholding quality and service standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain management / Business Administration.
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Good experience in using SAP or WMS.
Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel spreadsheet usage.

Responsibilities

Receive, validate, and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
Ensure orders comply with customer SOPs, cut-off times, and SLA requirements.
Monitor order status and proactively highlight delays or exceptions.
Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Coordinate with transport teams on delivery scheduling, amendments, and exceptions.
Support inventory-related enquiries and verify operational documents.
Track daily order fulfilment performance against SLAs and prepare reports.
