Job summary

CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL) in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented operations professional to oversee daily control tower activities, ensuring on-time deliveries and proactive follow-ups with suppliers and stakeholders.

You will manage shipment bookings, event tracking, and escalation where needed, while supporting reporting and KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement. A Diploma in Logistics or related field is preferred and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1 year of working experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and transport systems.
• Customer service oriented with accuracy and time management.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers, carriers and suppliers.
• Handle orders, documentation and transport bookings per routing.
• Monitor transport execution to meet standards and instructions.
• Manage customer requests and supply chain incidents promptly.
• Provide input to reporting and KPI analysis.
