Job summary

CEVA Logistics Singapore is seeking a role to support daily ground operations, monitor delivery progress, and coordinate routes and drivers to meet delivery KPIs. You will be contactable after hours and may cover shifts to ensure service levels remain high.

The candidate should have GCE O‑Levels or equivalent with 3+ years in logistics, familiarity with freight forwarding, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Levels and above or 3+ years of logistics/ground freight experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding (ground/rail) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of port/shipyard requirements in Singapore.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations and monitor deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate multiple routes, drivers and deliveries.
• Maintain delivery schedules and KPI targets.
• Provide after-hours assistance and shift coverage when needed.
• Prepare reports and ensure smooth Operations on TMS.

YOUR ROLE

This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations. Monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.
• To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday.
• Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
• To be able to elevate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
• Assist Driver to move cages and Pallets to nearest loading area and ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
• To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
• Any other related job duties as assigned by Superior

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Essential

• GCE 'O' Levels and above or Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience
• Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience
• Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore
• Fluent in communication
• Team Player
