Job summary

CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions and supports ground day-to-day operations, monitoring deliveries and coordinating routes. You will handle scheduling, drivers, and customer communications to ensure service levels are met.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to cover shifts and assist operations beyond standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Levels and above or Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore.
• Fluent in communication.
• Team Player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.
• Be contactable and assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday.
• Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
• To be able to escalate… when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
• Assist Driver to move cages and Pallets to nearest loading area and ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
• To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.
• Any other related job duties as assigned by Superior

YOUR ROLE
