Job summary

CEVA Logistics Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Senior/CSO to act as the main interface between customers and warehouse operations. You will ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and SLA compliance while coordinating with customers, warehouse teams, transport providers, and internal stakeholders in a contract logistics setting.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is required.
2–3 years of relevant working experience.
Good experience in using SAP or WMS and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Receive, validate, and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
Ensure orders comply with SOPs, cut-off times, and SLA requirements.
Monitor order status and highlight delays or exceptions.
Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with transport teams on delivery scheduling, amendments, and exceptions.
Support inventory-related inquiries and verify/maintain documentation (DOs, packing lists, invoices, PODs).
Track daily order fulfilment performance against SLAs and prepare routine reports.
