Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to manage and support all infrastructure and finance matters for the Training Institute (TI). You will oversee audits, financial transactions, and infrastructure upkeep to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

This role requires organised, meticulous work, with the ability to multitask across finance and facilities processes, liaising with IFM and TI teams to implement remedial actions and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in facilities, infrastructure and finance operations.
• Experience in supporting compliance inspections and audit preparations.
• Organised and meticulous.
• Ability to track and manage multiple ongoing processes concurrently.
• Strong system discipline in the fulfilment of routine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for annual infrastructure, logistics, and finance audits.
• Execute remedial actions following audit findings.
• Account for the TI's infrastructure as part of annual requirements.
• Maintain all TI infrastructure through regular inspections.
• Liaise with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team for the maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure as required.
• Process all end-to-end finance transactions, and guide TI personnel on finance processes and queries.
• Track purchase requests, orders, and goods received.
• Maintaining familiarity with the wide scope of guidelines and directives pertaining to finance and infrastructure matters.
