Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a capable Training Resources Coordinator to support the TI’s training schools and centres. You will coordinate resources, act as the contract liaison officer for training contracts, and source manpower for exercises and attachments.

Responsibilities include forecasting, work planning, and maintaining training support packages, while ensuring training areas are ready for TI utilisation and managing routine publications and admin planning.

Qualifications

• Education in Resource Management, Training Coordination, Plans or related field.
• 5+ years coordinating training resources or managing contracts.
• Organised and meticulous approach to work.
• Ability to track multiple processes concurrently with disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training resources and activities for TI training schools and centres.
• Serve as contract liaison officer for training contracts and sourcing manpower for exercises.
• Perform work planning, accounting for integration and overlaps in training.
• Forecast and deconflict training resources in the annual work plan.
• Update and manage training support packages.
• Forecast and submit annual resource requirements across the Army.
• Attend Training Area Coordination meetings and ensure training areas are cleared for TI use.
• Maintain, prepare and recover physical fitness testing systems.
• Coordinate routine matters including training publications, manpower support, and admin planning.
• Develop familiarity with a wide scope of training activities to ensure all requirements are met.
