Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore invites applications for a senior role leading the Training Support Branch, overseeing the Admin, Training Coordination and Resource Management, and Logistics sections to ensure the effective delivery of human resource, finance, training and logistics support functions.

You will supervise the Admin section, lead Training Coordination and Resource Management across four functions, oversee the logistics officer in inventory management, and liaise with Supply Base

Qualifications

• Education in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in logistics, training resource management, operations, finance, or stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with finance and logistics SOPs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Admin section in HR and finance matters.
• Supervise Training Coordination and Resource Management across four functions.
• Supervise the logistics officer in inventory accounting and liaise with Supply Base Central.
• Keep abreast of evolving priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Respond to amendments in administration, training resource and logistics requirements.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to meet the branch's operational needs.
