Job summary

The Public Service Division is onboarding agencies onto a unified Workday platform to manage HR, payroll, and finances. This role will design, configure, and optimise the HRIS, while guiding complex enhancements to support HR operations across agencies.

You will work with HR policy owners, IT vendors, and agencies to translate requirements into effective, sustainable solutions, ensuring alignment with public service values and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of HR policies and hands-on experience in HR processes.
• Experience in managing data, HR transactions and HRIS processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ability to think clearly in ambiguous situations and provide user-centric solutions.
• Good planning skills to manage HRIS maintenance and new initiatives.
