Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert in Singapore. You will manage complex client engagements, drive solution design, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires 4–7 years of HRIS experience, hands-on Workday Core HCM certification, and proven ability to guide clients through multi-module implementations with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of HRIS experience with 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Workday Core HCM Certification mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and design functional HRIS solutions for complex scenarios.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee QA cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality sign-offs.
• Mentor Associate and Junior Consultants and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc)
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required)
