Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines.
• CA Singapore certification is preferred.
• Keen interest in Ops-Tech roles.
• Understanding of finance and/or payroll processes and experience with related systems as well as system implementation will be advantageous.
• Able to proactively develop and manage relationships with various key stakeholders.
• Ability to put forth proposals and recommendations for management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the Payroll/Expense central operations, system improvements and payroll system market study.
• Build functional competencies in system business process design and principles in compliance with policies, business and statutory requirements.
• Develop the Ops-Tech competencies through hands‑on opportunities to perform system configurations in Workday.
• Propose/review/execute tenant‑wide or localized system changes to harmonize with the global design.
• Liaise with system vendors to resolve product‑related issues and participate in roadmap planning.
• Support new feature releases through change assessment, UAT, change management and deployment.
• Facilitate user engagement forums to gather feedback on user experience and identify focus areas for improvements.
• Evolve the communication framework and foster a collaborative user community.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining.
• Drive co‑ownership of issues and solutions with stakeholders across government.
