Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all land-related matters including land alienation and legal title management.
• Direct the review and evaluation of Annual Values for properties within the portfolio.
• Spearhead hotel development tender processes from conception to completion.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Land Administration team.
